Belonging intelligence is the ability of an organization to convert human difference into strategic advantage.
Belonging Intelligence was founded in 2025 by Brian K. Reaves, who has led as both a technology executive and a people executive. That is why we work on both sides of AI at work: the skills that move organizations and careers forward, and the trust and cultural intelligence that make AI work. Our AI Impact Network helps people put AI to work on what they actually do, and our consulting helps leaders see where trust holds and where it breaks.
