Who we are

Belonging Intelligence ("we", "us") runs this website, belongingintelligence.ai. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email us at info@belongingintelligence.ai or write to 226 North Front St, Suite 190, Wilmington, NC 28401.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus the basic technical information any website receives.

• Join the waitlist. Your name, email, the program you're interested in, your preferred start month, and, if you choose to answer, our $799 pricing question. We use this to keep your place on the waitlist and email you when enrollment opens.
• Organization inquiries. Your first and last name, work email, company, what you'd like to talk about, and whether you'd like a demo or a conversation. We use this to get back to you.
• Newsletter. Your email address. We use it to tell you when new cohorts, programs and events open.
• The page you were on. When you send a form, we note which page of our site it came from, so we know what you were looking at.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) receives standard information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads.

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, keep you on the waitlist, and send you the updates you asked for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's stored, and who sees it

Form submissions are stored with our website host, Netlify, and copies are emailed to our team. Our team also reviews submissions in an internal, password-protected dashboard. Only Belonging Intelligence team members who need it to help you can see it.

We don't take payments on this site today. When we do, payments will be handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store them.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions on file so we can serve you over time. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.

Your choices

• See or correct your information. Email us and we'll tell you what we have and fix anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information. Email us and we'll delete it.
• Stop the newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.

Send any request to info@belongingintelligence.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.

Children

Our site and programs are for adults and are not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited team access to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we keep only what we need and act quickly if something goes wrong.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and our partners. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
