Belonging Intelligence was founded in 2025 by Brian K. Reaves, who has led as both a technology executive and a people executive, to guide leaders through one of the most critical inflection points in modern history: the rise of AI.
We have seen firsthand how traditional approaches to culture, talent, and innovation fall short when applied to rapidly evolving systems. That's why we created a new model, one that merges foresight with trust, fairness with function, and innovation with intention.

Brian K. Reaves, Founder & CEOBrian K. Reaves began his career as a software engineer at Xerox and has spent over two decades in technology. He led Silicon Valley software companies as CEO and CTO, served as SVP and Global Head of Next-Generation Applications at SAP, then served as Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer at Dell Technologies and EVP and Chief Belonging, Equity & Impact Officer at UKG. On both sides of the enterprise, he saw the same pattern: technology succeeds or stalls on the trust around it.
